Ideas for the future of Dairy Processing sessions from Daniskov.

I started a year ago to post session on you-tube on subject that are for people interested in dairy processing. Up until last month of July eleven sessions have been viewed by student mainly from India. Over 100 student have liked the sessions and more views a happening. Why mainly from India I am wondering, there is lot of other places the industry is flourishing. I'm going on what Facebook has been doing up until now.

Let me get to the question to people interested in our continuation of the sessions. Would a small fee for watching these turn people off or would a reasonable annual membership fee of USD 5.00 - refundable after a certain limited time, maybe 1 month go over well?

If there is better ideas out there then let me know. I find that some reward should be given for anyone putting time into this without being unreasonable.
